Good Morning!  Happy Saturday....      Ok...  I remember when I used to say, yea right ...blek, to the word good, its just whatever.    cuz life can be challenging....  I do like to get into happy Saturday tho at times and I pump myself up to have a good day.  I turn on the music that I like, music that is upbeat and positive.

Music has different energy so maybe Listen :)  :( to what you are listening to and see if it lifts you up.  Music helps me clean my house and feel happier.  while Drinking Alcohol at night can help us relax and let go and feel happy (or sometimes not)....  it's also a depressant.  Exercise is only the positive Endorphin Energy, no downer and has proven more effective than anti-depressants, though some may need these for a time as they learn How to be happier.

I always wanted to be happy, cause I wasn't, I was Bored for sure and...  not really happy for some reason.  And I've been sad....   my mom may be dying from cancer and my dad had surgery this summer.  And I wish more than anything I could be there and take care of them.

As a Fitness Trainer I've learned things about being Happy of all things.  1 - exercise IN OUR THR ZONE.  220- your age, times .60 -.80.  is your Target Heart Rate Zone.

start on the lower side if you haven't exercised in awhile, however you may find your heart rate jumps up very fast and then you need to slow down to Dinasaur Pace.  We are the Dinasaurs marching, marching ... making the world flat.  My amazing Amy would sing this to get her kids to walk slowly :).

How to get it UP?   :)      lots of ways,    walking if warm enough out side, bring a watch count your heart rate for 10 secs X 6.    OR  count for 6 seconds and add a zero.  :)        I know people get to mad if I smile too much   sorry?

You can clean house fast enough to elevate a heart rate, vacuuming, taking out the trash... pausing to check heart rate, feet walking in place.

AND THIS MAKES US HAPPY.....   look at kids.....   they love to MOVE....   then what, to school ... to sit...   and the sadness begins.  HOWEVER we must learn to be still too, just not all day long.

AND YES we have to push ourselves OUT of bed or OFF the couch, put on music and move for 10-15- 20-25 minutes.   Its best to start slow, warm up and definitely COOL DOWN...  to have our heart rate up at say 150 or 140 and then STOP, is like putting the breaks on the heart muscle/car, not good.  gradually stroll down.

So Alcohol does have an up and then a downer...  so just caution, some alcohol is ok they say, careful is driving please.  Exercise only has the UP, endorphins :).

...tired... I have to start moving here or I can fall into that slouch zone myself.

OK...  Time Management, I'm almost at 30 minutes (I like to track what I do during my day to be productive too)....   more on Happiness and Wellness to come.  Remember too... watch positive TV, hey some TV is OK!!    think positive thoughts (get out the anger though to slam the trash into the bin, punch pillows or a bag.. its ok to be angry...  we have to get it out, even yell!  at times rrrrrowww..roar  ?  ... to release it    and then calmly hah :) ..its possible...  to our situation that caused anger...   take a bath :)  or a walk...                     chow!  :)
